Booking Options

Registration has started with the early bird prices until February 15th. Below, you can already find some information on booking options and prices. For the schedule, please click here.

Below, you find all options for booking:

• You can choose your ticket from the list below or the schedule below via the url or directly in the shop.

• You need to add every option you wish to book (also parties!) separately to your shopping cart.

• When choosing your tickets, please be aware, that there are parallel classes which should not be purchased together. For your convenience we have color coded the classes in the schedule and in the shop. Parallel classes have the same color and should not be booked for one and the same person.

• You can buy partner, follower and leader tickets or just tickets for solo classes. The availability of leader and follower tickets depends on the sold tickets of the other role (see below for more details).

• If your role ist not available anymore, we will have a waiting list, so we can inform you when tickets for you are available again. For the solo classes, there will be a waiting list only when tickets are completely sold out, since we don't distinguish between leader and followers there.

• Prices down below are per person (note that the partner ticket in the shop costs twice as much since it for two people).

• Friday, Saturday and Sunday parties can be booked either separately or together.

How does it work with tickets for single leaders and followers and the waiting list? The long answer:

For a balanced experience we only allow a certain number of surplus leaders or followers. Therefore, if there is an adequate balance, tickets for both roles are available as long as the complete workshop is not already sold out.  If there are no tickets available for your role but for the other role, it means, that the maximum surplus of your role has been reached or all tickets of your role are sold. As long as partner tickets are available, there is a chance (not a guarantee!) that a ticket for your role will be available later. But this is only if someone buys a single ticket for the other role. If there are not even partner tickets anymore, that means your role is completely sold out.

That means the availability of tickets for your role may change later due to purchases of tickets of the other role. If you want to purchase a ticket and your role is currently not available you can check later or you can sign up on the waiting list.

Covid-Regualations:

At the moment, there are no official Covid-Regulations for events such as ours in Bavaria. This may change though. The 2023 Jazz Rhythms will take place in compliance with the Covid-Regulations in force in Augsburg, Bavaria at the time of the event (31.3.-2.4.2023). Furthermore, we reserve the right to introduce additional measures to keep everyone safe at the event such as, but not limited to, for example Covid tests.

Any measures introduced by law or by the Hep Cat Club will not entitle to a partial or full refund. Refunds will only be granted if the event does not take place at all.
